A pharmacokinetic research was conducted in eight horses to collect serum and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) amounts of ponazuril soon after a single dose of 5 mg/kg body body weight. The estimated parameter values have been used to design time focus profiles for ponazuril in serum and CSF. The model success had been utilized to estimate the scale with
